Do you have a minimum?
Graphic Encounter does not have a minimum.
Do you process "any size order"?
Graphic Encounter is both a small order specialist and a large order specialist. By this we mean that if you require even one picture...that is o.k. If you are working on a 10,000 picture order...that is o.k. We specialize in handling any size order regardless of its size.
What is your guarantee?
Graphic Encounter provides the following guarantee:
- Broken glass: If any of your order is received broken or damaged, we replace the items in question at our expense (including the freight charges back to the property).
- Short orders: If your order is "short", e.g., that you are missing items, we replace the items in question at our expense (including the freight charges back to the property).
- Freight claims: Never required with Graphic Encounter. We want a smooth experience for you and your client.
How does Graphic Encounter box or package their products for shipment?
Graphic Encounter wants a perfect outcome for you and your client. We take pain staking efforts to ensure the safe arrival of your products. Each picture frame or framed mirror corner is protected by a paper wrapped corner or bubble wrapped in its entirety. The picture is then fitted into our custom designed styro-foam insert which separates each picture from one another. The framed pictures / mirrors are then placed into a .350 double wall corrugated container. Once the box is custom fitted to the pictures or mirrors, the box(s) are placed onto wood pallets, shrink wrapped onto the wood pallets and then metal banded into position. We carefully fork lift the pallets into the truck and your project is good to go.
How will I know when my order ships out?
Graphic Encounter will fax you a Notice of Shipment with a copy of the Bill of Lading for your tracking purposes.
How do you ship your orders?
Graphic Encounter uses common carriers. Our product can't be shipped via UPS. We normally ship Yellow Freight or Diversified Freight Company. We normally ship pre-paid - "third party billing". We will pre-pay the freight charges and will bill you or your firm when we receive the freight charges from the freight company. Charges for freight will be indicated on our invoice for our product so you only have one invoice to pay.
Does Graphic Encounter provide installation?
Graphic Encounter does not. We can however, provide you with the names of installation firms that specialize in providing those services. Make sure however, that when ever you employ the services of an "installation" company that the "scope of work" is clearly outlines. What service do they provide? If you have questions about the specifics of this sub contractor paradigm, just call us at Graphic Encounter and we will assist you to make sure your project goes smoothly.

How do I order a catalogue?
Ordering a catalogue is easy. Just go to our Resource Center. One of our art consultants will call you to get the specifics of the project you are working on to make sure the catalogue you receive is the "right one" for the job.
Is there a charge for the catalogue?
No. Graphic Encounter does not charge for its catalogues.
Are the printed catalogues the extent of your selections?
Graphic Encounter sends our printed catalogues as a starting point. We source electronically to obtain the type of artwork or mirrors that you are looking for and will J-peg selections to you for your comments and review.
How do I order samples of the artwork or wood mouldings that I am thinking of for a project?
Graphic Encounter will order samples for your approval and will send them to you.

How long will it take to process my order once I provide you with a purchase order?
Our standard lead time is 4-6 weeks. However, if you should need your order processed more quickly we can produce working samples and "hot rush" orders within 7 days.
How do I establish credit with Graphic Encounter?
Establishing credit is easy. Just fill out our credit application and fax it to us. We will start to process your order upon approval of the information provided.
